【摘要】 目的:观察养肝益水颗粒对高血压病患者炎症因子的影响,并探讨其机理。方法:120例按照1:1的比例随机分组成治疗组和对照组。治疗组在西医常规降压治疗的基础上给予养肝益水颗粒,对照组予西医常规降压治疗,疗程4周。观察治疗前后两组血压、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)指标的变化情况。结果:治疗后两组血压水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),但治疗后两组血压组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗前两组hs-CRP、IL-6无显著性差异(P>0.05),对照组和治疗组hs-CRP、IL-6治疗后较治疗前均下降明显(P<0.01),治疗组hs-CRP、IL-6较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:养肝益水颗粒可以减轻高血压病患者内皮功能,其作用独立于降压之外,可能与滋阴活血法有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of YangGanYiShui granule(YGYSG)on inflammation factor of hypertention(EH) patients,and explore the mechanism.Methods:120 EH patients were divided into randomLy either treatment group or control group averagely.Both two groups were treated with conventionally therapeutic methods of antihypertensive for four weeks.Simultaneously the YGYSG was added into the treatment group.We observe the changes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)、interleukin-6(IL-6) and the blood pressure in 120 cases before and after therapy.Results:After therapy The blood pressure in two groups were reduced evidently than before(P<0.01),but the deference of two groups was not obviously before and after therapy(P>0.05).The deference of hs-CRP、IL-6 in two groups was not obviously before therapy(P>0.05).In the two group hs-CRP and IL-6 were reduced evidently after therapy(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,The decrease of the treatment group was more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusions:YGYSG reduced inflammation factor of The hypertention patients.The role is independent on the decrease of blood pressure.It possibly associate with method ZiYinHuoXue.更多还原
