【Abstract】 With the rise of life standards,high-fat food intake is increasing.It causes balance disorders of lipid metabolism,leading to a sharp increase in the number of patients with high cholesterol.Lipid-lowering agents mainly have effects on synthesis of cholesterol and triglyceride in vivo and activity of the metabolism-related enzymes.This paper is a review of researches on molecular mechanisms of lowering blood lipids by lipid-lowering agents.更多还原
