直驱式永磁同步电机伺服系统死区补偿方法
Analysis on Dead-Time Compensation Method For Direct-Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Servo System
【摘要】 介绍了逆变器死区效应产生的原因,以及对电流谐波、转速波动、转矩脉动的影响。基于平均误差理论提出了一种适用于直驱式永磁同步电机(PMSM)伺服系统的死区效应的补偿方法。为了提高补偿精度,引入角度检测以及滑动平均值滤波算法的动态补偿修正算法。建立了直驱式伺服系统仿真模型和试验平台。仿真和试验结果证明,该死区补偿方法在直驱式永磁同步伺服系统中可有效降低定子电流谐波,抑制转矩脉动与转速波动,显著提高系统的性能。
【Abstract】 The rule of dead-time effect was described in the inverter,and its impact on harmonic currents,torque ripples and velocity were discussed.A compensation method for direct-drive PMSM servo system based on average error principle was proposed.In order to further increase the accuracy of compensation method,the current vector angle and the DC voltage were monitored during each on-off switch period,with the tool of moving average filter.The simulation model and experimental platform for direct-drive PMSM servo system were built.Simulation and experimental results showed that this method reduced the harmonic current of stator,restrains torque ripples and speed ripples.The method improved the system’s performance.
