【摘要】 介绍了提高电机效率的一般措施与降低电机损耗的关键制造技术。端盖轴承室滚压工艺可有效提高轴承室配合部位的加工精度。轴承润滑脂在线定量注脂技术稳定控制润滑脂的注入量,降低了机械耗。转子加工及外圆特殊处理工艺可平均降低电机附加杂散损耗约0.5%。定转子冲片的退火及氧化工艺降低了铁耗,有效减少工艺波动。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ordinary methods of improving the motor efficiency and the key manufacturing technologies of reducing the motor loss were introduced.Bearing chamber rolling process improved the manufacturing precision of bearing housing parts.Automatic online processing of bearing lubricating grease controlled the lubricating grease steadily,reducing the mechanical loss.Rotor processing and cylindrical special processing could reduce the additional stray loss about 0.5% of motor.The annealing and oxidation processing of stator laminations reduced the iron loss,decresing the processing fluctuation.更多还原
