【摘要】 目的:探索团体辅导对网络成瘾大学生网络使用及学习管理的干预效果。方法:选取网络成瘾大学生31名(皆为男性),随机分入团体辅导组(n=16)和监管学习对照组(n=15),对团体辅导组学生进行每周1次共12次团体辅导,对照组学生每周参加1次共12次的监管自习,在干预前后分别对两组施测网络成瘾量表(IAT),并用日均网络使用时间、日均自主学习时间以及期末学分通过率进行评估。结果:团体辅导后,学生的IAT得分和日均上网-学习时间比(每日网络时间/每日自主学习时间)均低于对照组[(48.5±6.2)vs.(81.2±2.1),(0.8±0.2)vs.(3.6±1.7)],也低于本组基线评分[(82.4±1.7),(3.9±1.6)],而期末学分通过率(0.8±0.1)高于对照组(0.4±0.2)和本组基线水平(0.3±0.1)(均P<0.01);对照组仅期末学分通过率高于其基线(0.3±0.1,P<0.05),其他指标两次测评差异均无统计学意义。结论:团体辅导可改善大学生的网络成瘾症状和促进其自主学习。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of group counseling on the internet using and study management of college students with internet addiction.Methods:Totally 31 college male students with internet addiction were randomly divided into group counseling group(16 cases,accepting group counseling once a week for 12 weeks) and control group(15 cases,being forced to attend self-study course once a week).All subjects were assessed with the Internet Addiction Test(IAT) and their daily time of Internet use,daily time of independent study and passing rate of term credits were investigated before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the IAT scores and daily time of internet use-study ratio in the counseling group were lower than that in the control group [(48.5±6.2) vs.(81.2±2.1),(0.8±0.2) vs.(3.6±1.7)],and lower than that before the intervention [(82.4±1.7),(3.9±1.6)].The passing rate of term credits(0.8±0.1) in counseling group was higher than that in control group(0.4±0.2) and baseline(0.3±0.1)(P<0.01).After the intervention,the passing rate of term credits of the control group was increased [(0.3±0.1),P<0.05].Conclusion:It suggests that group counseling is probably effective in improving the symptom of internet addiction and enhancing the self study of college students.更多还原
