【Abstract】 PDCA loop is used to control the construction process of hanging stone construction quality on the outside wall in the project construction of Nanning customs business & technology building,including the work of the plan,implementation, checking and summarizing.The paper comes to the conclusion tbat the main reasons of influencing hanging stone construction quahty on the external wall after the analysis of terminal factors by using correlation diagram tool.Project department formulated the corresponding measures for reasons,successfully completed the construction of the sectional works.更多还原
