【摘要】 [目的]观察中药溃愈散灌肠联合高压氧治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效,探讨治疗UC安全有效的方法。[方法]120例UC患者随机分为治疗组(溃愈散联合高压氧治疗)、中药(灌肠散)对照组、西药对照组,疗程均为30d,观察治疗效果、临床症状控制及3个月后复发情况。[结果]治疗组有效率100.0%,明显高于中药对照组(85.0%)和西药对照组(65.0%),各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后复发率较西药对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。[结论]溃愈散灌肠治疗UC具有良好的效果,联合高压氧治疗可以提高其疗效,且安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Kuiyusan combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC),and to explore a safe and effective method for treating ulcerative colitis.[Methods]One hundred and twenty cases of UC patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy),Chinese medicine group,and western medicine group.Each group was treated for 30days.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms and recurrence after 3months were observed.[Results]The effective rate was 100%,85.0%,and 65.0% respectively in treatment group,Chinese medicine group,and western medicine group.The differences a- mong three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was remarkably lower in the treatment group than in the control groups(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Kuiyusan has good effects on UC.
