【摘要】 [目的]观察一贯煎方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者的临床疗效。[方法]将134例患者随机分为治疗组69例和对照组65例。所有病例均符合CAG诊断标准;符合临床焦虑状态诊断标准;符合胃脘痛之胃阴亏虚证型。治疗组使用一贯煎方治疗,对照组使用西医方法治疗。3个月后比较2组疗效。[结果]治疗组治疗总有效率为91.3%,对照组为76.9%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]一贯煎方治疗CAG疗效明显,优于西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the efficacy of Yiguanjian Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.[Methods]We randomly divided 134patients with chronic atrophic gastritis into two groups.We assigned 69patients who received Yiguanjian Decoction in the experiment group,while 65patients who received western medicine in the control group.All cases were coincident with the diagnosis criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis as well as the diagnosis criteria of clinical dysphoria,and all patients had stomachache which was attributed to stomach yin deficiency.[Results]The primary efficacy rate was91.3%in the experiment group and 76.9%in the control group.The scale score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experiment group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Patients who receive Yiguanjian Decoction had improved cognitive outcomes after the procedure,and Yiguanjian Decoction is more effective as compared to western medicine.更多还原
