【摘要】 [目的]观察调中颗粒联合复方阿嗪米特治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床效果。[方法]选择糖尿病胃轻瘫患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例;治疗组予调中颗粒联合复方阿嗪米特治疗,对照组单用复方阿嗪米特治疗,2组疗程均为4周。[结果]治疗组、对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为86.7%、60.0%,组间临床疗效比较及症状积分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]调中颗粒联合复方阿嗪米特能显著缓解糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的消化道临床症状,改善胃排空。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the effect of compound Tiaozhong granule and azintamide in treating diabetic gastroparesis.[Methods]Sixty cases of diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30cases).The former was administered with Tiaozhong granule and azintamide,and the latter with azintamide three times each day for four weeks.After the treatment,the efficiency was observed through the symptom rating scale.[Results]After the treatment,the total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 86.7%,and 60.0% respectively.The treatment group showed better improvement than the control group by comparison of symptom score(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Compound Tiaozhong granule and azintamide could relieve clinical symptoms significantly and improve the gastric emptying.更多还原
