通腑合剂联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床研究

【摘要】 [目的]观察通腑合剂联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。[方法]将76例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组;比较2组患者腹痛缓解时间、肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、胰腺感染发生率和治疗前后血淀粉酶(AMY)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)。[结果]实验组在腹痛缓解时间、肠道功能恢复时间及降低胰腺感染率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗7d后,实验组血AMY、CRP、TNF-α较对照组显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]通腑合剂联合生长抑素治疗可明显减低急性胰腺炎患者炎症反应,降低感染率,有较好的临床效果。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the clinical efficacy of Tongfu mixture and somatostatin for treating acute pancreatitis(AP).[Methods]Seventy-six cases of AP were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Besides the routine treatment,the control treatment group received somatostatin and the treatment group was given the combination therapy of somatostatin and Tongfu mixture.The alleviation time of abdominal pain,intestinal function recovery time,duration hospital stays time,infection rate,and serum amylase(AMY),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) were compared between the two groups.[Results]The alleviation time of abdominal pain,intestinal function recovery time,duration hospital stays time and infection rate in the treatment group were improved more than those in the control group respectively(P<0.05).The levels of AMY,CRP and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group 7th day after treatment(P<0.05). [Conclusion]Combination of Tongfu mixture and somatostatin can significantly decrease serum inflammatory cytokines,reduce the incidences of pancreatic infection and increase clinical efficacy of AP.
