佳木斯市土地征用问题的几点思考

【摘要】 土地征用已成为城市化进程中一种普遍的社会现象,同时也存在着一定的问题。这些问题的存在既降低了土地的合理配置,又影响了社会的安定。本文以佳木斯市建成区为研究区域,通过对佳木斯市土地征用工作中存在的缺陷,提出可行性建议,并对土地征用中存在问题的根源和解决对策进行了探讨,为完善、规范土地征用问题提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land acquisition has become a widespread urbanization social phenomenon,there are also some problems.These problems are not only reduces the rational allocation of land,but also affect social stability.The study area is jiamusi built up area.This article puts forward feasible Suggestions to the defects existing in the land requisition.The author probes into the root of the problem and countermeasures in land requisition.This paper provides reference to improve and standardize land requisition problems.更多还原
