【摘要】 为满足国家天然气输送管的性能要求,中国重型机械研究院股份公司(简称中国重型院)为中国石油集团石油管工程技术研究院研制了国内首台轴向压缩-弯曲复合大变形试验系统。本文主要介绍了该试验系统的设备组成特点、主要技术参数和采用的一些关键技术。现场的多次试验管复合大变形试验表明,该试验系统可进行压缩-弯曲复合大变形试验,实验结果能满足设计要求,运行稳定可靠,为天然气输送用国内输送管的实际应用提供了可靠的试验数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the performance requirements of state natural gas pipeline,the China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.has developed the China’s first set of axial compression-bending composite large deformation testing system for CNPC Tubular Goods Research Institute.The equipment composition,testing process,main technical parameter and several key techniques of the testing system were introduced.Many composite large deformation tests conducted in site approved that this system has reasonable parameters,proper performance to meet the design requirement,and stable and reliable operation to achieve the international leading level and provide a reliable test data for practical use of domestic natural gas pipeline.更多还原
