铝粉直接氮化法制备氮化铝粉末
Synthesis of Aluminum Nitride Powder by Aluminum Powder Direct Nitridation
【摘要】 采用直接氮化法对铝粉进行氮化,分别研究了添加剂、反应温度、保温时间对合成产物的影响。运用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射物相分析(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)对合成产物进行了表征,研究结果表明:提高反应温度、延长保温时间可以有效促进铝粉转化为氮化铝,提高合成产物的氮含量。同时提高反应温度可以促进添加剂的挥发,减小杂质元素的残留量。在1000℃下保温3 h后,对多孔疏松的合成产物进行球磨24 h处理,最终可以得到氮含量大于32%,Cl的残余含量低于0.3%,K的残余含量低于0.1%,平均粒度小于2μm氮化铝粉末。同时在多孔疏松状合成产物表面观察到了氮化铝晶须的存在,这说明铝粉直接氮化法也可以制备出氮化铝晶须。
【Abstract】 AlN was synthesized using direct nitridation,and the influence of additive,reaction temperature and insulation time on the synthetic product was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence(XRF).The results showed that increasing temperature and extending insulation time could effectively promote Al transforming to AlN and increase nitrogen content of the reaction product.Increasing the reaction temperature also could promote the volatilization of additive and reduce the residual amount of impurity.After reaction for 3 h at 1000 ℃ and milling the reaction product for 24 h,the nitrogen content of AlN powder was larger than 32%,the residual amount of Cl and K was less than 0.3% and 0.1% respectively,and the average particle size of AlN powder was less than 2 μm.The AlN whisker was observed on the surface of porous reaction product by SEM,it showed that using direct nitridation of Al powder also could fabricate AlN whisker.
