【摘要】 目的:观察中药制剂"三甲软肝胶囊"联合阿德福韦酯治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化的疗效和安全性。方法:120例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,随机分为两组。对照组60例,口服阿德福韦酯胶囊10mg/次,1次/d,治疗组60例,在对照组患者治疗的基础上口服中药制剂三甲软肝胶囊3.0g/次,3次/d。两组对症治疗措施相似,均不用其他抗病毒、免疫调节及抗肝纤维化制剂,疗程共12个月。观察乙肝病毒学指标(HBV DNA)、肝功能(ALT、AST、TBil、Alb)、肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C)及B超检查的变化。结果:疗程结束时两组HBV DNA阴转率相似;治疗组患者肝功能改善、肝纤维化指标下降及B超检查改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均无药物不良反应发生。结论:中药制剂三甲软肝胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化安全、有效,疗效显著优于单用阿德福韦酯。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Sanjia Ruangan capsule combined with adefovir dipivoxil in treating HBV related compensated cirrhosis.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of compensated cirrhosis with hepatitis B virus infection were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases).For the control group,each patient was given adefovir dipivoxil 10mg,1/d,take orally.For the treatment group,on the basis of control group,each patient was given Sanjia Ruangon capsule 3.0,3/d,take orally.Symptomatic treatment measures were similar of the two groups,no other perparation of anti-virus,immunity adjusting and anti-hepatic fibrosis were used in both groups,a total of 12 months treatment.The assessments of liver function(ALT,AST,TBil,Alb),liver fibrosis index(HA,LN,PCⅢ,Ⅳ-C),B ultrasonic and HBV DNA were performed.Results:There were statistically significant difference in liver function,B ultrasonic and reduction of liver fibrosis index from the baseline at year 1 between the two groups(P<0.01),but the negative rate of HBV DNA were similar for the two groups.There were no adverse drug reactions.Conclusion:Sanjia Ruangan capsule combined with adefovir dipivoxil in treating hepatitis B liver cirrohosis is safe and effective.The effect of this method is superior to the way of only use of adefovir dipivoxil.更多还原
