【摘要】 目的研究细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理各因素之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化的实验方法检测30例宫颈癌、30例宫颈上皮内瘤变及30例正常宫颈组织中细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6的表达情况。结果细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6表达水平随着宫颈病变的进展,其阳性表达率逐渐升高,在宫颈癌组织中,细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6的表达与组织学分化、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关。结论细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶6在宫颈癌发生发展中起重要作用,且与宫颈癌的侵袭有关,可能作为宫颈癌的一个预后指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To determine expression of cyclin-dependent kinases 6(CDK6) in human cervica1 malig- nant tumor and their relationships with clinicopathology. 【Methods】The expression of CDK6 in tissue of 30 cases of cervical malignant tumor, 30 cases of CIN and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue were detected by using im- munohistochemical method. 【Result】The expression level of CDK6 in cervical malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in CIN and normal cervical tissue. The expression of CDK6 in cervical malignant tumor was relat- ed to histological, clinical staging and Lymph node metastasis. 【Conclusion】The CDK6 plays an important role in happening and development of cervical malignant tumor and is associated with the invasion of cervical cancer. It may be as a prognostic indicator of cervical cancer.更多还原
