【摘要】 目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯联合丹红注射液治疗肺心病急性加重期的疗效。方法选择95例肺心病急性加重期患者,随机分为常规治疗组32例,常规治疗加单硝酸异山梨酯组31例,单硝酸异山梨酯联合丹红注射液为观察组32例,比较3组的疗效。结果单硝酸异山梨酯联合丹红治疗组与常规治疗组及常规治疗组加单硝酸异山梨酯组比较,观察组临床疗效、动脉血氧分压明显提高,血液流变学指标、C-反应蛋白、血流动力学等变化及动脉血二氧化碳分压显著降低。结论单硝酸异山梨酯联合丹红注射液治疗肺心病急性加重期疗效显著,优于常规治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the efficacy of Isosorbide Mononitrate combined with Dan Hong Injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation stage of pulmonary heart disease.【Methods】 95 patients in the acute exacerbation stage of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into three groups: 32 cases in the first control group(Conventional Treatment) were treated with conventional western medical method,31 cases in the second control group(Conventional Treatment add isosorbide mononitrate) were treated with isosorbide mononitrate and 32 cases in the treatment group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate combined with dan hong zhu she ye.【Results】 Compared with the two control groups,the clinical efficacy and the PaO2 of the treatment group were significantly improved while the PaCO2 and the change of hemorrheologic indices,C-reactive protein and hemodynamic indices of the trearment group were greatly dropped.【Conclusion】 Isosorbide Mononitrate combined with dan hong injection can improve the treatment efficacy of acute exacerbation staged pulmonary heart disease.更多还原
