【摘要】 目的观察不稳定型心绞痛应用复方丹参滴丸的效果及血浆ET和GMP-140水平变化。方法随机将不稳定型心绞痛患者80例均分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规治疗方法 ,给予钙拮抗剂(美托洛尔)、硝酸酯类和阿司匹林药物治疗,在对照组的基础上,治疗组加服复方丹参滴丸,统计两组治疗前后的绞痛发作次数、心功能参数、12导联ST段下移总和(∑ST)与T波倒置总和(∑T),并比较两组的血浆中的ET和GMP-140水平。结果两组患者治疗前的疼痛发作频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗后,对照组的疼痛发作频率为(1.8±0.7)次,治疗组的疼痛发作频率为(0.5±0.5)次,两组的疼痛发作频差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的CI、CO、EF、EDD无明显差异,治疗后,治疗组CI、CO、EF明显增加,EDD明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组患者CI、CO、EF明显增加,EDD明显减少;治疗前,两组的∑ST、∑T无明显差异,治疗后,两组的∑ST、∑T均出现下降,但治疗组下降的趋势更加明显(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的ET、GMP-140无明显差异,P>0.05,治疗后,对照组的分别为(50.3±5.3)pg/ml、(16.2±4.3)ng/ml,治疗组的分别为(35.2±5.2)pg/ml、(11.6±2.3)ng/ml,两组的ET、GMP-140差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果较好,能有效改善心功能、内皮功能,抑制血小板聚集。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of compound danshen dropping pill in treatment of unstable angina and level change of plasma ET and GMP-140.Methods80 unstable angina patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group were adopted routine treatment for calcium antagonists(metoprolol), nitrate and drug therapy, aspirin, on the basis of the control group, treatment group was added compound danshen dropping pill; attack frequency of angina, heart function parameters, 12 lead ST segment down total sum( ∑ ST) and T before and after treatment wave inversion( ∑ T) were statistic, and the two groups of ET in plasma and GMP-140 levels were compared.ResultsDifference of pain onset frequency before treatment between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05); After treatment, pain onset frequency in the control group was(1.8±0.7) times,pain onset frequency in treatment group was(0.5±0.5) times, difference of pain onset frequency between two groups was significant(P<0.05); Before the treatment, CI, CO, EF, EDD between two groups had no difference between, after treatment, in the treatment group CI, CO significantly increased, EF and EDD decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), compared with control group,in treatment group CI, CO obviously increase and the EF and EDD decreased significantly; Before the treatment,, ∑ ST and ∑ T between two groups had no obvious difference, after treatment, two groups, ∑ ST and ∑ T had declined, but the treatment group declined trend was more obvious(P<0.05). ET and GMP-140 before treatment between two groups had no obvious difference(P>0.05),after treatment, that in the control group was(50.3±5.3) pg/ml,(16.2±4.3) ng/ml, respectively, the treatment group respectively for(35.2±5.2) pg/ml,(11.6±2.3 ng/ml, ET, GMP-140 between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).ConclusionClinical effect of compound danshen dropping pill in treatment of unstable angina is good, it can effectively improve cardiac function, endothelial function, inhibit platelet aggregation.更多还原
