【摘要】 目的探讨射频导管消融术治疗快速性心律失常出现并发症的护理干预措施。方法对186例射频消融治疗快速心律失常手术出现的各种并发症及采取的护理干预措施进行回顾性分析。结果 186例患者中183例消融成功,并发症有心悸、胸痛,穿刺部位出血、血压低,尿潴留、房室传导阻滞,动-静脉瘘形成等,未出现严重并发症。结论射频消融术治疗快速性心律失常成功率高,积极的护理全程干预是减少并发症的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing countermeasures for the complications of radiofrequency ablation treatment rapidity arrhythmia.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the complications and nursing countermeasures of 186 cases rapidity arrhythmia treated by radiofrequency ablation.Results The treatment were successful in 183 patients.The complications included heart palpitations,chest pain,puncture site bleeding,low blood pressure,urinary retention,atrioventricular block,dynamic-venous fistula formation,etc.,without serious complications.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation is feasible and safe to treat rapidity arrhythmia.Positive nursing intervention is the effective way to reduce the complications.更多还原
