【摘要】 目的分析研究肠结核合并肠梗阻的临床特点及手术治疗方案。方法分析我院治疗的46例肠结核合并肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果钡灌肠及结肠镜活检可协助诊断肠结核合并肠梗阻,根据病情采用手术治疗效果满意。结论肠结核应早期采取合理的个性化的外科治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical characteristics and surgical programs of intestinal tuberculosis combined with obstruction.Methods Clinical data of 46 cases of intestinal tuberculosis with intestinal obstruction patients treated in our hospital.Results Barium enema and colonoscopy biopsy can assist in the diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis with intestinal obstruction,and satisfaction with surgical treatment according to the disease.Conclusion Intestinal tuberculosis should be early to take reasonable individualized surgical treatment options.更多还原
