【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃体视网膜手术中曲安奈德协助辨别和清除玻璃体皮质的作用和效果。方法对在玻璃体视网膜手术前和手术中未能明确玻璃体后脱离的56例56眼,在切除大份部玻璃体后注入2mg曲安奈德混悬液,通过对玻璃体染色标示,以完全彻底的清除玻璃体后皮质。结果56例手术中能充分认清残留的玻璃体后皮质,通过玻璃体切割刀或带软硅胶头的笛针能顺利的制造玻璃体后脱离并完全清除玻璃体后皮质。结论在玻璃体视网膜手术中,通过曲安奈德染色,能清晰的辨别出残留的玻璃体后皮质,便于彻底清除,减少术后并发症,是一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigat theeffectiveness of triamcinolone acetonide in vitreoretinal surgery to help identifyand remove vitreous cortex. Methods Failed to clear vitreous detachment in 56 cases of 56 before vitreoretinal surgery, after the removal of a large portion of vitreous injected 2 mg triamcinolone acetonide suspension, marked vitreous staining to completely remove posterior vitreous cortex. Results 56 cases surgery can fully understand the residual vitreous cortex, vitreous cutter or with the soft silicone head of the flute needle to smooth the manufacture of vitreous detachment and complete removal of the posterior vitreous cortex. Conclusion Vitreoretinal surgery, triamcinolone acetonide staining can clearly identify the residual vitreous cortex, easy to completely remove, reduce postoperative complications, is a safe and effective method.更多还原
