低温解除休眠过程中喇叭水仙鳞片中酚酸类物质代谢及相关酶活性的变化

【摘要】 测定了低温解除休眠过程中喇叭水仙‘上农早春’鳞片内酚酸类物质的成分和含量变化,以及与酚酸代谢相关的多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性变化,结果表明,总酚含量呈下降趋势;在检测到的没食子酸、绿原酸、4-羟基苯甲酸、3,4-二羟基肉桂酸、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸5种酚酸类物质中,4-羟基苯甲酸含量最高;酚酸类物质含量与PPO活性呈负相关,与PAL活性呈正相关。酚酸类物质含量下降可能是喇叭水仙休眠解除的机制之一。

【Abstract】 Changes of phenolic acids and activities of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and phenylalanin ammonialyase (PAL) were studied in Narcissus pseudonarcissus var. ‘Shangnong Zaochun’ bulbs stored at 7 ℃. Results indicated that total phenolic content decreased dramatically during the low temperature storage. Five phenolic acids (gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid) were identified in narcissus bulbs. The content of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid was the highest during the dormancy release. Negative correlation existed between total phenolic content and PPO activity, while positive correlation was observed between total phenolic content and PAL activity. The decrease of phe-nolic acid content may be one of the mechanisms of narcissus dormancy release.
