【摘要】 文章在实地调查医保定点医疗机构医疗保险实务人才需求的基础上,结合文献分析结果,研究制定了三年制大专医疗保险实务专业人才培养目标,提出了基于5A的循环培养路径,评价了培养路径的实施效果。结果显示,制定的三年制大专医疗保险实务专业人才培养目标明确,基于5A的培养路径取得了三高(就业率、专业对口率、就业质量)两满意(用人单位、毕业生)的预期效果。建议将5A的培养路径在高职高专院校推广,更好地培养高端技能型医疗保险实务专业人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on field survey of the demand of medical insurance practice talents from medical institutions and the results from literature analysis,the target of a three-year period medical insurance professional training program was developed,circulating training pathway based on 5A mode was put forward,and the effect to implement training path was evaluated.The results showed that there had definite objective of medical insurance practice professionals training,which had achieved outstanding effects including high employment rate,high professional counterpart rates,high employment quality and satisfaction from employers and graduates.It was suggested to popularize the training pathway based on 5A mode to improve cultivation of high-skilled medical insurance practice talents更多还原
