【摘要】 目的:调查高校老年教职工糖尿病的患病情况,探讨其影响因素,为制定相关对策提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,对山东某高校老年教职工进行健康状况调查,应用Logistic逐步回归分析糖尿病的相关影响因素。结果:老年教职工糖尿病的患病率为19.4%,男性患病率为19.5%,女性患病率为19.2%。糖尿病的影响因素为糖尿病家族史、酗酒史、体重指数、高血压、甘油三酯水平等。结论:老年教职工糖尿病患病率较高,控制血压、血脂在正常范围,避免超重和肥胖,尤其要加强有糖尿病家族史和有酗酒史的老年教职工的健康教育,是糖尿病的防治重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes and its influencing factors in senior college staffs and provide the scientific basis for the management and prevention of diabetes.Methods Using a stratified random sampling method for health survey in senior college staffs in Shandong,stepwise logistic regression analysis was used to study the risk factors for diabetes.Results The prevalence of diabetes in senior staff was 19.4%,19.5% prevalence rate for male and 19.2% prevalence rate for female.The influencing factors for diabetes include family history of diabetes,history of heavy drinking,body mass index,blood pressure,and triglycerides.Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes in senior college staffs is very high.Controlling blood pressure and blood lipids,avoiding overweight and obesity in the normal range,in particular,strengthening intervention in Senior Staffs with family history of diabetes and/or history of alcohol abuse are important prevention measures.更多还原
