【摘要】 目的:通过对上海市急诊医疗质量管理监控指标的设置及分析,对建立医疗质量监控指标体系进行探索。方法:依据相关法律法规与规范性文件筛选指标,并通过头脑风暴法初步形成具体指标。形成调查问卷并下发全市各级卫生监督机构及部分医疗机构进行问卷调查。结果:医疗机构与卫生监督机构对初步形成的急诊医疗质量管理监控指标形成共识,可利用该指标对急诊科的日常医疗质量管理进行监督评价,提高急诊医疗管理质量。结论:上海市急诊医疗质量管理监控指标的应用,可为医疗机构加强急诊科的医疗质量及安全管理提供抓手,卫生监督部门也可对医疗机构急诊医疗质量进行监管和评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the indexes to monitor emergency medical treatment quality in Shanghai,and explore the medical treatment quality monitoring index system.Methods Indexes were screened according to the relevant laws and regulations and normative documents,and defined by brain storm.Then all the health supervision institutions and parts of medical institutions in Shanghai were surveyed with questionnaires.Results Consensus to the monitoring indexes of emergency medical treatment quality was reached in health supervision institutions and medical institutions.These indexes can be used to evaluate the daily emergency medical treatment quality,and improve it.Conclusion The application of emergency medical treatment quality monitoring indexes is helpful to improve the quality of emergency medical treatment for medical institutions in Shanghai.And these indexes can be used to evaluate the emergency medical treatment quality by health supervision institutions.更多还原
