【摘要】 目的:调查分析安徽省某高等医学院校连续两届临床医学硕士毕业生临床技能培养情况及影响因素。方法:采用自行设计问卷,以无记名方式对安徽省某高等医学院校563名临床医学硕士毕业生进行调查,运用SPSS16.0统计软件对结果进行分析。结果:563名硕士毕业生中52%对自身临床技能培养非常重视;43.5%临床技能掌握程度一般;34.5%硕士生临床工作总时间在18个月以上,但参与抢救危重病人、四大穿刺操作次数偏少;硕士生参与临床技能操作机会与患者维权意识强、导师带教学生多等因素有关。结论:转变临床技能教学模式、增加硕士生临床技能操作机会和临床工作主动性、加强硕士生沟通能力等是提高硕士生临床技能培养质量的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigation and analysis Continuous two sessions of master degree graduates of clinical skills training and its influencing factors in a certain medical university in Anhui Province.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 563 clinical medical master degree graduates from a certain medical university in Anhui Province anonymously,and SPSS 16.0 statistical software was applied to the outcome.Results Surveys on 563 clinical medicine master degree graduates indicated that,52% value their own clinical skills highly;43.5% of them clinical skills in general;34.5% the total time of the clinical work of graduate students in more than 18 months,but they don’t take part in the rescue of critically ill patients and four puncture operation frequently;The opportunities of students participation in the clinical skills operation was related to a strong awareness of the rights of patients,each teacher with more students and other factors.Conclusion Transforming teaching mode of clinical skills,increase master’s chances of operating and initiative,strengthen their ability to communicate and so on will be the important measures to improve the quality of graduate students’ clinical skills development.更多还原
