社区卫生服务机构医务人员对绩效工资制度实施的满意度和反应性分析
Analyzing the satisfaction and responsiveness on the implementation of performance payment system of medical personnel in community health service institutions
【摘要】 绩效工资改革是社区卫生服务体系收入分配制度改革的重要内容。本研究通过关键知情人访谈和医务人员满意度和反应性调查相结合的方法,系统分析实施绩效工资对社区医务人员的作用和影响,探究政策实施进程中所面临的关键问题和挑战,并从工资待遇、绩效考核、内部分配、外部政策环境等方面提出完善社区绩效工资制度的政策建议。
【Abstract】 The reform of performance payment system(PPS) is an important part of income distribution system reform for community health service system.The role and influence of the implementation of PPS on community medical personnel were systematically analyzed by key informant interview and investigation of satisfaction and responsiveness,to explore its problems and challenges.Based on which,some policy suggestions were put forward,such as wage welfare,performance appraisal,interior income distribution and external policy environment,to improve the community performance payment system.
