【摘要】 目的:了解嘉兴市无偿献血的现状,了解公众对无偿献血的认知、态度和行为。方法:对嘉兴市公众以问卷形式进行了调查,并用spss17.0统计软件进行数据整理和分析。结果:献血者和非献血者对各种献血知识的认知具有统计差异,即献血者相对于未献血者,了解无偿献血知识的比例更大。认为献血者穷积极图表现、好心劝阻、鼓励支持、漠不关心的分别占到2.3%、11.6%、61.3%、24.9%,未献血者对周围同事好友的态度在上述几个方面分别占0.6%、4.0%、72%、23.4%。结论:目前嘉兴市无偿献血存在的问题包括缺乏相关政策支持、宣传不到位等。最后提出整合相关部门力量;加大宣传力度;创新无偿献血模式,探索适度补偿机制等,以期建立起无偿献血的长效机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the status of blood donation in Jiaxing,and the public’s knowledge,attitude and behavior of blood donation.Methods The public was surveyed with questionnaire.And data was analyzed with software of SPSS.Results There had significant differences of knowledge on blood donation between blood donors and other people.Blood donors had more knowledge on blood donation than other group.Conclusion There had some problems of blood donation in Jiaxing,which were insufficient policy support and publicity.And some countermeasures were put forward,such as integrating related management departments, intensifying publicity,innovating blood donation mode,and exploring compensation system,to establish long-term mechanism of blood donation.更多还原
