【摘要】 文章依据《中国卫生统计年鉴》(2006～2011)、《卫生人才规划2011年度监测评估报告》和《全国中医药统计摘编》(2011)中关于农村卫生人力资源的相关资料,分析了新医改前后我国农村卫生人员数量的变化和医师、护士在年龄、学历、从业年限、技术职务等方面的构成,结合目前我国农村卫生现状及存在问题,提出了支持医药生到乡镇就业、强化在职人员培训、推进医学教育改革、提升医学生综合素质、做到中西医并重等医学教育的对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In accordance with Chinese Health Statistics Yearbook of 2006-2011,Health Personnel Planning Annual Monitoring and Evaluation Report of 2011 and National Statistical Excerpting Traditional Chinese Medicine of 2011,we collect and analyze a large amount of data about rural health personnel changes and the composition of age,education,working years,technical positions of physician and registered nurse in China.Combining with the situation and problems of rural health human resources in China,we put forward some policies and measures about medical education,such as supporting medical graduates employment to rural,strengthening the training of serving personnel,promoting medical education reform,improving the comprehensive abilities of medical students,improving the quality of medical education and emphasizing on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine equally.更多还原
