云南省首起唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德菌食物中毒的鉴定与分析
Identification and analysis of the first Burkholderia gladioli strain from food poisoning in Yunnan
【摘要】 目的通过云南省首起产毒型唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德菌引起椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种样食物中毒的实验室检验,探讨相应快速鉴定方法。方法鉴定参照GB/T4789.29-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种检验》,同时参考《国家食品安全风险评估中心--椰毒应急试用方案》。结果在送检食品中分离到可疑菌经上VITEK2 COMPACT鉴定结果为唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德菌,进一步的毒性试验表明产生米酵菌酸,血清学试验恢复期血清同急性期血清相比,血清效价有4倍增长。结论从食物中毒现场论证了椰酵假单胞菌菌属于唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌的生物学地位,将为该菌的快速检验及随后国标的修订提供相应的依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To identify the presence of toxin- producing Burkholderia gladioli in a food poisoing of Psedomonas cocovenenans subsp,farino fermentans for the first time in Yunnan,and discuss the corresponding rapid identification method. Methods The causative agent in this food poisoning was identified according to GB /T4789. 29- 2003 " Microbiological examination of food hygiene- Examination of Pseudomonas cocovenenans subsp,farino fermentans" and " National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment- coconut poison emergency trial plan". Results The bacterial isolates from suspected food was identified as Burkholderia gladioli by VITEK 2 COMPACT,and bongkreic acid was produced in the further toxicity test. Compared to the serum in acute phase,serum titer had four- time growth in serum at recovery phase. Conclusion This food poisoning detection has proved Psedomonas cocovenenans from the food poisoning belonged to Burkholderia gladioli,providing basis for the rapid detection and revision of the national standard.
