石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿中镍影响因素的探讨
Discussion on influencing factors of nickel content determination in urine by GFAAS
【摘要】 目的分析石墨炉原子吸收测定尿镍的影响因素,改良石墨炉原子吸收测定尿镍的方法。方法以Triton X-100+氯化钯混合液作基体改进剂稀释样品直接测定。结果标准曲线在0!g/L~50!g/L范围内线性良好,回归方程:Y=0.00533C-0.0059,相关系数r=0.9991,检出限为:0.58!g/L,样品分析的相对偏差在2.8%~4.3%之间,回收率在92.3%~105.7%之间。结论使用混合基体改进剂测定尿镍,操作简单快速,基底效应小,结果准确可靠,适用于日常工作中尿镍的检测。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of nickel in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry( GFAAS),and to modify the GFAAS for determination of nickel in urine. Methods Triton X-100 + PdCl2 mixed solution was used as matrix modifier to dilute samples for direct determination of nickle in urine. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 0 μg / L ~ 50 μg / L,the regression equation was Y = 0. 00533C-0. 0059,the correlation coefficient was 0. 9991,the detection limit was 0. 58 μg / L,the relative deviation of the sample was between 2. 8% ~ 4. 3% and the recovery rate was92. 3% ~ 105. 7%. Conclusion GFAAS with mixed matrix modifier is simple and fast for determination of nickel content in urine,with less substrate effect,accurate and reliable results,so it is suitable for routine determination of nickel in urine.
