127株金黄色葡萄球菌产肠毒素特性和耐药性研究
Research on enterotoxin property and drug resistance of 127 strains of Staphylococcus aureus
【摘要】 目的通过对海淀区食品及食物中毒检出的127株金黄色葡萄球菌进行肠毒素分型和耐药性检测,了解其产肠毒素特性和耐药性。方法依据GB 4789.10-2010采用ELISA方法测定金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素(SEA-SEE),利用VITEK 2 compact对菌株进行药敏试验。结果 127株金黄色葡萄球菌中有108株肠毒素阳性,产肠毒素阳性率为85.0%,产两种以上肠毒素的有61株,在产毒株中占56.5%,有98株菌产SEE,在产毒株中占90.7%。对青霉素(89.0%)和红霉素(34.6%)耐药率较高,对克林霉素(19.7%)、四环素(15.7%)、复方新诺明(15.0%)和庆大霉素(9.4%)亦出现不同程度耐药性。结论食源性金黄色葡萄球菌产毒素能力较强,金黄色葡萄球菌对多种药物耐药提示安全用药的重要性。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the enterotoxin property and drug resistance of 127 Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) isolates from food and food poisoning samples in Haidian district.Methods With reference to GB 4789.10-2010,enterotoxin-producing staphylococcus was detected by ELISA and drug-resistance was detected by VITEK 2 compact.Results One hundred and eight strains of enterotoxin were detected in 127 S.aureus,and the positive rate was 85.0%,in which 61 strains were found to produce more than two kinds of enterotoxin(56.5%) and 98 strains were found to produce SEE(90.7%).S.aureus isolates were highly resistant to penicillin(89.0%),erythromycin(34.6%) and resistant to Clindamycin(19.7%),tetracycline(15.7%),Sulfamethoxazole(15.0%),Gentamicin(9.4%).Conclusion Food-borne S.aureus shows strong enterotoxin-producing ability.Safe medication is important because of the multi-drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus.
