食品中硒元素测定的前处理方法研究

【摘要】 目的使用消解辅助设备进行前处理操作测定食品中的硒元素。方法以微波消解处理样品,用石墨消解仪辅助赶酸还原,氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定。结果方法相对标准偏差为2.4%~3.1%,加标回收率为90.1%~95.6%,经t检验,与电热板湿法消解,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定结果无显著性差异。结论该前处理方法操作简便,结果满意,能够用来测定食品中的硒元素。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of selenium in food with pretreatment using digestion auxiliary equipment.Methods After sample microwave digestion,deacidification by graphite digestion apparatus,the content of selenium in samples was determined by HG-AFS. Results The relative standard deviation was 2. 4 % ~ 3. 1 %,and the recovery was90. 1% ~ 95. 6%. By T test,the HG-AFS determination results had no significant difference compared to that by wet digestion on electric heating plate. Conclusion The findings indicate that the pretreatment method is accuracy and easy to operate,which can meet the demand for determining selenium in food samples.
