干法消化-原子荧光光谱法同时测定螺旋藻粉中砷和铋

【摘要】 目的建立干法消化-氢化物发生-双道原子荧光光谱法同时测定螺旋藻粉中砷和铋的方法。方法样品先在灰化助剂保护下进行干法消化,再加入预还原剂,选择砷和铋空心阴极灯电流分别为50 mA和60 mA、负高压为280 V,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光度计同时测定样品溶液中的砷和铋。结果采用本方法测定,砷的线性范围为0.48μg/L~12.00μg/L,相关系数为0.9995,检测限为0.089μg/L,回收率为92.1%~106.4%,相对标准差(RSD)为2.14%~3.28%;铋的线性范围为0.22μg/L~12.00μg/L,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.045μg/L,回收率为97.3%~104.2%,RSD为0.68%~2.65%。双元素同时测定法与单元素测定法结果之间无显著性差异。结论测定方法简单快捷,结果准确,适合于螺旋藻粉中砷和铋的同时检测。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for simultaneous determination of arsenic( As) and bismuth( Bi) in the spirulina powder prepared via dry digestion by hydride generation-double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry( HG-AFS). Methods The samples were pre-treated with auxiliary ashing agents by dry digestion,then reducers were added in the samples to help determination. The As and Bi lamp current were set at 50mA and 60mA,and the negative high voltage at 280V to determine the concentrations of both arsenic and bismuth in the samples digestion solution by HG-AFS. Results The linear calibration curve of As was within the range of 0. 48 μg / L ~ 12. 00 μg / L with correlation coefficient( r) of 0. 9995,while that for Bi was within the range of 0. 22 μg / L ~ 12. 00 μg / L with r = 0. 9999. The detection limits were 0. 089 μg / L for As and0. 045 μg / L for Bi,respectively. The recovery rates of As and Bi were 92. 1% ~ 106. 4% and 97. 3% ~ 104. 2%,respectively. The relative standard deviations( RSDs) were 2. 14% ~ 3. 28% for As and 0. 68% ~ 2. 65% for Bi,respectively. There was no significant difference between the results of simultaneous determination and single( As or Bi) determination. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,rapid and suitable for simultaneous determination of arsenic and bismuth in spirulina powder.
