原子吸收光谱法测定尿石症高发区居民头发中微量元素
Determination of trace elements in hair of residents from urolithiase high incidence area by flame atomic absorption spectrometry
【摘要】 目的通过居民头发微量元素检测,了解贵州省敦寨尿石症高发相关因素,调查其原因。方法采用硝酸:高氯酸(9∶1)消化液进行样品消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了尿石症高发区中游、上游地区居民头发中Fe、Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg等微量元素含量。结果当地患者比正常人Fe偏高(P<0.05),中游地区患者Ca、Mg偏低(P<0.05),上游地区患者比正常人Zn、Cu偏高(P<0.05)。与国内正常参考均值比较,该地区患者头发Fe高;中游地区发中Cu、Ca、Mg偏低,Zn偏高(P<0.05)。上游地区发中Zn偏低(P<0.05)。结论头发中某些微量元素含量异常与尿石症发病率相关,与水质,生活环境和饮食习惯有很大关系。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics and the pathogenisis of urolithiase,mainly occurred in Dunzhai area of Guizhou province,through hair trace elements test. Methods The trace elements including Fe,Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg,in the hair of local residents in the upper middle area of high-incidence of urolithiase were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were digested by HNO3-HClO4 with a proportion of 9∶ 1. Results Compared to normal people,the Fe level in local patients was higher( P < 0. 05),the contents of Ca and Mg in patients were lower in middle area( P < 0. 05),while the contents of Cu and Zn were higher in upper area( P < 0. 05). When compared to the national normal reference value,the Fe level in hair of local patients was higher,the contents of Cu,Ca and Mg were lower in middle area( P < 0. 05),while the content of Zn was lower in upper area( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Some trace elements in the hair,water quality and diet environment are associated with pathogenisis of urolithiase.
