江苏地区市售花生和玉米中黄曲霉毒素总量监测结果分析
Monitoring on total aflatoxins in commercial peanuts and corn in Jiangsu area
【摘要】 目的通过对江苏地区2011年生产和市售的花生和玉米中黄曲霉毒素总量的检测分析,了解花生和玉米中黄曲霉毒素的污染状况,为进一步制定和完善相应的卫生标准和预防措施提供理论依据。方法用免疫亲和柱纯化、衍生,高效液相色谱分离,荧光检测器检测黄曲霉毒素总量。结果 2011年江苏省13个市采集的40份花生样品中有6份检出,含量在0.21μg/kg~1.55μg/kg之间,均未超出国家标准限量(≤10μg/kg)。81份玉米样品中42份检出,含量在0.20μg/kg~374.2μg/kg之间,5份超出国家标准限量。结论江苏省地区的玉米存在黄曲霉毒素污染,花生的污染较少。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of aflatoxin contamination in peanuts and corn,by detecting the total aflatoxins in peanuts and corn produced or sold in Jiangsu province,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and refinement of the appropriate standards and hygiene and prevention measures. Methods Samples were purified with immunoaffinity column,derivatized,and separated by high-performance liquid chromatography,then total aflatoxin was detected by fluorescence detector. Results Six peanut samples were detected containing aflatoxin in the 40 peanut samples acquired from 13cities in Jiangsu province,the content of which were between 0. 21 μg / kg ~ 1. 55 μg / kg,within the national standards limits( ≤10 μg/kg). In 81 corn samples,aflatoxin was detected in 42 samples,the content was between 0. 20 μg/kg ~374. 2 μg/kg and 5 samples exceeded the national standard limit. Conclusion In Jiangsu province,aflatoxin contamination was found in corn and less in peanuts.
