离子色谱法测定饮水中吲哚乙酸、吲哚丙酸和吲哚丁酸含量

【摘要】 目的:建立简便快速梯度淋洗离子色谱法测定饮用水中吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丙酸(IPA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)含量.方法:选用以高容量、强亲水性IonPacAS23阴离子分析柱,0 mmol/L~90 mmol/LKOH淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,电导检测器检测,样品经0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果:本法线性相关性r>0.9990,精密度RSD%<10,样品加标平均回收率为87.8%~97.3%,最低检出限在2.7μg/L~4.2μg/L之间。结论:该法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏、适用于大批水样分析。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an ion chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of indoleacetic acid,3-indolepropionic acid,indole butyric acid in drinking water. Methods:The separation was carried out on IonPAC AS23 analytical column with isocratic eluent of 0 mmol/L ~ 90 mmol/L KOH and flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min and detected by suppressed conductivity detector. Results:The method had good linear correlation(r > 0. 9990)and precision(RSD < 10. 0%). The average recoveries were 87. 8% ~ 97. 3% and the detection limits were in the range of 2. 7 μg/L ~ 4. 2μg/L. Conclusion:The method is simple,quick,sensitive and precise,and it is suitable for the analysis of indoleacetic acid,3-indolepropionic acid,indole butyric acid in drinking water.
