【摘要】 目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞(CD4+、CD8+)亚群,B淋巴细胞及NK细胞的变化及临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞术检测325例肿瘤患者外周血T、B、NK细胞的水平。结果:肿瘤组与对照组比较,CD3+T淋巴细胞百分比、CD4+T淋巴细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值及CDl6+CD56+NK细胞百分比均明显降低(P<O.05);CD8+T淋巴细胞百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.05);CDl9+B淋巴细胞百分比与对照组无明显差异。其中肿瘤组差异较明显的有鼻咽癌、卵巢癌等。选取其中79例肿瘤患者,经入院治疗三周后复测淋巴细胞亚群水平,结果与入院初次比较有显著性差异。结论:肿瘤患者外周血T、NK细胞水平异常,根据患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化,在评价肿瘤患者疗效及判断预后方面具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD8+),B lymphocyte and NK cell changes in peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumors and its clinical significance.Methods:T,B,NK cell level in peripheral blood of 325 patients with tumor were detected using flow cytometry.Results:Compared with the control group,the percentage of CD3+T lymphocytes,CD4+ T lymphocyte,CD4+/CD8+ ratio and CDl6+ CD56+NK cell of patients with tumor were significantly lower(P < O.05);While CD8+T lymphocyte percentage was higher(P < 0.05);CDl9+B lymphocyte percentage had no significant difference.The difference were more significant in tumor group with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,ovarian carcinoma.Seventy-nine tumor patients were selected to join in hospital treatment.The results of lymphocyte subsets levels were significantly different before and after three-week treatment.Conclusion:The levels of T cell and NK cell were found abnormal in peripheral blood of tumor patients,the changes of lymphocyte subsets in cancer patients has certain clinical significance in assessment of therapeutic efficacy and prognosis has certain clinical significance.更多还原
