【摘要】 目的:通过对哈尔滨市香坊区健康人群麻疹抗体水平的流行病学调查,了解该区0~44岁人群麻疹免疫水平状况以及可疑影响因素,评价麻疹免疫规划工作水平,并为进一步调整免疫策略提供依据。方法:分层整群随机抽样得到本次调查的办事处和家庭,入户调查获得660例末梢血样本,送检至实验室,运用ELISA法对麻疹IgG抗体进行检测,再通过统计学软件对不同人群进行比较分析。结果:健康人群中麻疹抗体阳性率达到96.97%,不同性别(χ2=3.404,P>0.05)和户籍(χ2=0.226,P>0.05)麻疹抗体水平差异均无统计学意义,不同居住地(P<0.008)和年龄段(P<0.008)人群麻疹抗体水平存在显著差异。结论:香坊区健康人群麻疹抗体水平较高,可以形成有效地免疫屏障。居住地与年龄不同,人群抗体阳性率可能略有差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To make an epidemiology survey on measles IgG antibody level in health population of Xiangfa-ng district in Harbin,and understand the measles antibody level and influence factors of population,so as to evaluate the effect of immunity programming,and provide the evidence for adjusting measles control strategy.Methods:Six hundred and sixty peripheral blood specimens were collected by clustering stratified random sampling.Measles IgG antibody titer is tested by ELISA and antibody level of different people were compared by statistical software.Results:The measles IgG levels had no statistical significance in sex(χ2=3.404,P>0.05) and household register(χ2=0.226,P>0.05),but had significant statistical difference in different ages and locations(P< 0.008).The positive rate of measles antibody level in healthy population reached 96.97%.Conclusion:The antibody level in health population is high enough to prevent outbreak and epidemic of measles.It can form the immunity barrier effectively.Measles immunity levels are probably different in different sex and location groups.更多还原
