【摘要】 目的:掌握宁波市人间布鲁氏菌病(以下简称布病)流行特征,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法:采用虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验对全市涉及牛、羊畜交易、屠宰、养殖、挤乳、畜产品加工、兽医等重点职业人群进行血清学检测。结果:2002年-2012年共监测重点人群6737人,检出血清学阳性113例,阳性率为1.68%,其中病例50例,感染者63例,患者和感染者主要分布在慈溪市、余姚市、鄞州区和宁海县,慈溪和余姚的患病与当地贩卖加工屠宰肉羊产业相关。鄞州区和宁海县的患病与当地奶牛饲养有关。结论:近10年来,宁波市人间布病疫情呈现明显上升趋势。应加强对医务人员布病诊治知识的培训,加强牲畜流通环节的检疫和管理,做好重点人群的主动监测、健康教育等工作,是今后布病防治工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Ningbo and provide scientific evidence for the development of the preventive and control measures.Methods:By using Rose Bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT) and standard tube agglutination test(SAT),serological detection was conducted in risk populations with occupational exposure to Brucella,including lives stock traders,slaughters,raisers,milkmaids,veterinary and people engaged in lives stock in Ningbo.Results:From 2002 to 2012,6737 persons received the detection,113 were serological positive(1.68%),of which 50 cases were diagnosed as brucellosis and 63 cases were bacteria carriers.The brucellosis cases and carriers mainly distributed in Cixi City,Yuyao City,Yinzhou District,Ninghai county.Brucellosis cases related to local trafficking processing slaughtering sheep industry in Cixi City,Yuyao City.Brucellosis cases related to the local dairy farming in Yinzhou District,Ninghai county.Conclusion:In recent ten years,human brucellosis epidemic presents a clear upward trend in Ningbo.It is suggested to strengthen the training of medical staff in and of brucellosis knowledge and management.Active surveillance and health education on focus groups is the focus of the prevention and control of brucellosis in the future.更多还原
