吹扫捕集-GC/MS联用同时测定水中31种挥发性有机物

【摘要】 目的:建立简单有效的方法,测定饮用水中的挥发性有机物。方法:采用吹扫捕集-毛细管气相色谱质谱法,对生活饮用水中31种挥发性有机物同时进行分离、定性和定量检测。结果:不同的化合物的平均回收率在80%~118%之间,相对标准偏差均小于8.4%,该方法的检测限在0.01μg/L~0.50μg/L。结论:吹扫捕集-毛细管色谱技术不经前处理,减少了损失,具有灵敏度高,受干扰少,定性和定量准确,操作简单等特点。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the simple and rapid detection of volatile organic compounds in dri-nking water.Methods:Thirty-one kinds of volatile organic compounds in water were separated,qualitatively and quantitatively detected simultaneously by using purge and trap gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Results:The average recovery rate of different compounds was between 80% ~118%,the RSD was less than 8.4%,and the detection limit of this method was 0.01μg/L~0.50μg/L.Conclusion: This method is sensitive,accurate and simple.
