【摘要】 目的:分析尿酸水平及高尿酸血症的民族差异性。方法:采用随机抽样的方法在乌鲁木齐市健康体检人群中选择维吾尔族和汉族作为研究对象,检测其尿酸水平并分析民族之间的差异性。结果:汉族尿酸水平和高尿酸血症检出率均高于维吾尔族,男性尿酸水平和高尿酸血症检出率也高于女性,且发病年龄早于女性。尿酸值和高尿酸血症有随年龄增长而增长的趋势,尤其是女性在50岁以后有明显的增高。结论:新疆汉族和维吾尔族尿酸水平和高尿酸血症的发生存在民族差异性,在两个民族生活方式和饮食习惯逐渐趋向一致的情况下,仍然表现出的民族差异,可能与两个民族的遗传背景有关,因此了解不同民族正常人群的尿酸水平和高尿酸血症发病率对于探讨该疾病的发病机制具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the serum uric acid level and hyperuricemia in Han and Uyghur people,so as to find the nationality difference.Methods: The blood samples were collected in hospital and analyzed for the uric acid level and prevalence of hyperuricemia in two nationalities.Results: The uric acid level and prevalence of hyperuricemia in Han was higher than Uyghur(P<0.05),higher in men than women in two nationalities(P<0.05).With the age growing,the uric acid level and prevalence of hyperuricemia increased(P<0.05),especially more obvious increase in women above 50 years old.Conclusion: The uric acid level and prevalence of hyperuricemia showed difference between two nationalities and genders.Now the lifestyle and eating habits were becoming same in Han and Uyghur,but differences were remain between two nationalities,it may be related to the genetic background of the two peoples.Therefore,understanding the uric acid levels and the detection rate of hyperuricemia in normal people of two nationalities have great significance for studying the pathogenesis of this disease.更多还原
