气相色谱-串联质谱法测定大米中36种有机磷农药残留量

【摘要】 目的:建立大米中36种有机磷农药的无净化GC/MS/MS测定方法。方法:采用液-液萃取技术,对大米中36种有机磷类农药进行提取,无需净化,直接进样分析。结果:根据不同农药,本法检出限在0.001μg/kg~3.5μg/kg之间,方法定量下限在0.004μg/kg~10μg/kg之间,本法精密度RSD均<15%(除乐果之外),回收率在88.3%~108.3%。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏、结果可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of residues of 36 organophosphorus pesticides in rice without purification.Methods: The organophosphorus pesticides in rice samples were extracted with liquid-liquid extraction,and then analyzed without purification.Results: The detection limits were 0.001 μg/kg~3.5 μg/kg,the limits of quantification were between 0.004 μg/kg~10 μg/kg.The spiked recoveries were 88.33%~108.33%,the precision(RSD%) were less than 15%(except dimethoate).Conclusion: The established method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
