【Abstract】 HOPSCA(mixed uses with hotel, office, park, shopping center, convention center and apartment) has been growing to be a favorite development for real estate companies in recent years. The development of HOPSCA demands designers to provide services not only including planning and architecture, but also consulting services in landscapes, interior and even marketing orientation. It also requires deep research in consuming patterns and marketing plan as well as understanding of market operation, management, and property lease.
