【摘要】 目的:观察星状神经节阻滞对乳腺癌化疗性静脉炎性痛的疗效。方法:乳腺癌化疗性静脉炎患者114例,对照组(C)57例采用传统局部50%硫酸镁湿敷法,治疗组(T)57例局部50%硫酸镁湿敷同时行星状神经节阻滞,观察两组患者治疗效果。治疗组和对照组的疼痛评分比较彩视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)方法。结果:治疗组静脉炎减轻程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:星状神经节阻滞对于乳腺癌术后化疗性静脉炎治疗效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block(SGB) in the treatment of breast cancer chemotherapy-induced phlebitis pain. Methods: 114 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy-induced phlebitis were divided into two groups, with 57 in the observation group and the other 57 in the controlgroup). The observationgroup were treated with both SGB and local hydropathic compress with 50% magnesium sulfate, and the controlgroup received local hydropathic compress with 50% magnesium sulfate only. The result comparison was performed using visual analogue scale,(VAS). Results: A significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05) was observed, and the observation group was superior to the control group in improving pain-reducing effects. Conclusion:SGB has a significant therapeutic effect on breast cancer chemotherapy-induced phlebitis pain.更多还原
