【Abstract】 In this paper, the functions and use of the thermal equilibrium calculating system for ceramic roller kilns are introduced, an approach to combining the analyses of thermal equilibrium and carbon equilibrium is proposed,the relationship between the highest firing temperature and the thermal efficiency is analyzed. It is pointed out that it is unreasonable to consider the heat consumption for raising the firing temperature to its highest as a component of effective heat. The system will be much help to thermal equilibrium analysis.更多还原
