士的宁透皮剂对家兔实验性面瘫的电生理学研究

【摘要】 目的观察士的宁透皮剂对家兔面神经麻痹动物模型逆行面神经诱发电位(AEP)和肌电图(EMG)的作用。方法神经压榨法制备面神经麻痹动物模型,随机选取家兔60只分为对照组、模型组、模型组+1%、0.5%、0.25%士的宁外敷膏剂组和地塞米松组,用电刺激方法观察不同浓度士的宁膏剂对AEP和EMG的影响。结果与模型组相比,士的宁在浓度为0.5%到1%范围可使家兔面神经干动作电位幅值显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),神经肌电图的幅值增加(P<0.05,P<0.001)、潜伏期缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01),呈现一定量效关系。结论外敷士的宁可通过增加神经纤维的兴奋性,加快神经肌肉兴奋的传导,改善面神经麻痹模型的症状。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the function of strychnine on facial nerve paralysis of the rabbits experimental model about the antidromic nerve evoked potentials(AEP)and electromyography(EMG).Methods Squeezing nerve to obtain the facial nerve paralysis of the animal models,rabbits were divided into control group,model group,model group +1%,0.5%,025% strychnine group and dexamethasone group in randomly,then observed the influence of different concentration strychnine on AEP and EMG through electric stimulation.Results Compared with the model group,the concentration of strychnine 0.5%and 1%can raise the amplitude of active potential of nerve trunk clearly(P<0.05,P <0.01),can raise the amplitude of the rabbit neuro-electromyographic potential clearly(P<0.001,P<0.05)and shorten the latency period(P<0.01,P<0.05),and show a certain dose-effect relationship.Conclusion By increasing the excitability of nerve fibers,topical strychnine can accelerate neuromuscular excitability conduction,improve the symptoms of facial nerve paralysis models.
