【摘要】 目的通过观察干细胞转录因子Sox2在鳞癌中的表达,分析其表达情况与病理类型、分化程度和淋巴结转移等的相关性,探讨Sox2在肺癌中的临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测48例已确诊的不同类型肺癌组织和10例正常肺组织病理标本中Sox2的表达水平。结果 Sox2蛋白在肺鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为69%,在肺腺癌组织中表达为4.5%,在小细胞肺癌组织中表达为70%,正常组织中无表达,差异具有显著性。Sox2蛋白表达与患者的年龄、性别、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移无明显相关性。结论 Sox2在鳞癌中高表达,在腺癌中几乎不表达,可作为非小细胞肺癌鉴别诊断的辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the stem cell transcription factor Sox2expression in lung neoplasms,analyze the correlation between the expression with histological type,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and so on,and explore the clinical significance of Sox2.Methods Using immunohistochemical methods to detect the the Sox2expression level in 48cases which have been diagnosed with different types of lung cancer and 10cases of normal lung tissue specimens.Results The positive expression rate of Sox2is 69%in lung squamous cell carcinoma,4.7%in lung adenocarcinoma,70%in small cell lung cancer.There is no expression in normal tissues.The difference in histological type was significant.However,there is no significant correlation between Sox2with age,gender,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Lung squamous cell carcinoma has higher Sox2expression and lung adenocarcinoma has almost no Sox2expression,suggesting that Sox2is helpful to differential diagnosis of non-small-cell lung carcinoma.更多还原
