【摘要】 目的建立正常人群血清甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)和癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)的参考范围。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析技术对3222例健康体检人员(其中男880人、女2342人,年龄从20到93岁)的血清AFP和CEA进行检测,以百分位数法(≤P95)计算血清AFP及CEA的参考范围。结果血清AFP和CEA的检测结果均呈正偏态分布,参考范围分别为≤6.12ng/ml及≤3.94ng/ml。CEA测定男女组参考范围分别为≤4.65ng/ml和≤3.37ng/ml,男性组显著高于女性组(P<0.001)。血清AFP及CEA浓度均随着年龄增加而显著升高。结论 AFP应按年龄分组建立参考范围,CEA则应按年龄和性别分组建立参考范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the reference intervals of serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the normal population.Methods The electrochemiluminecence immunoassay technology was used to determine the level of serum AFP and CEA in 3222healthy normal individuals(male 880,female 2342,aged 20to 93 years.).We calculated the 95th percentile reference intervals for serum tumor markers.Results The distribution of serum AFP and CEA values was positively skewed.The 95th percentile reference values for AFP and CEA were≤6.12 ng/ml and≤3.94ng/ml,respectively.The 95th percentile reference intervals for CEA in the male and female were≤ 4.65ng/ml and≤3.37ng/ml,respectively.The level of serum CEA in the male group was significantly higher than that in the female group(P<0.001).A significant increase with age was found both for serum AFP and CEA levels.Conclusion Age-dependent reference intervals for serum AFP and CEA should be implemented in clinical laboratories.In addition,distinct reference intervals of serum CEA should be established for the male and female.更多还原
