猪天然管状SIS人工食管的制备和不同灭菌方式的比较
Preparation of natural tubular artificial esophagus from porcine small intestinal submucosa and comparison of different sterile manner
【摘要】 目的天然管状细胞外基质的制取及灭菌方式的比较。方法以物理方法刮除猪小肠的肌层与粘膜层制取天然管状细胞外基质膜,对比粒子加速器的不同辐照剂量与过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌的效果。结果 25KGy辐照剂量与过氧化氢低温等离子的灭菌方法均可达到理想的灭菌效果。结论粒子加速器25KGy辐照剂量的灭菌方式更适合细胞外基质膜灭菌处理。
【Abstract】 Objective Decellularized porcine small intestinal submucosa(SIS),fabricated a natural tubular extracellular matrices and comparison the effect of different sterile manner.Methods Physical methods to remove the porcine small intestine muscle layer and mucosal layer to fabricated of the natural tubular extracellular matrix membrane,the effect of the comparison of particle accelerator with different radiation dose and low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization.Results Irradiation dose of 25 KGy and low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization all can achieve ideal effect of sterilization.Conclusion The sterilization of particle accelerator with 25KGy irradiation dose is more suitable for extracellular matrix membrane.
