【摘要】 采集广东省某猪场腹泻仔猪的小肠病料,通过在Vero细胞上培养,RT-PCR及间接免疫荧光检测,电镜观察等方法鉴定,确定分离到一株PEDV毒株,并命名为PEDV-GD12。通过对PEDV M基因的克隆测序以及进化分析,显示所分离到的毒株近年来流行的毒株同源性很高,处在同一分支上。更多还原

【Abstract】 A porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV) designated PEDV-GD12 was isolated from the small intestine feces of diarrheaed piglets in Guangdong province and cultured in Vero cell.The isolated virus was identified by RT-PCR,immunofluorescence,electronic microscope etc.The M gene of PEDV was amplified and sequenced and named by PEDV-GD12.Phylogenetic analysis showed that(he isolated strain shares a high homology with the pandemic strains in recent years and they are clustered into the same branch.更多还原
